概述

       BA型浆泵是我厂参照芬兰技术，结合国内先进工艺、优化设计的一种广泛适用于造纸、化纤、制浆等工况的新一代浆泵系列产品，该系列泵采用国外先进的半开式叶轮，各种纸浆、棉浆、木浆、化纤、纤维通过性能好，具有无堵塞、输液浓度广等特点，密封采用双端面、单端面、油封、盘根、动力密封等多种密封形式，杜绝了跑、冒、滴、漏现象，延长了维修周期，该系列泵的安装尺寸符合Scampump标准，过流部分可采用多种材质， 以便适用于不同的腐蚀工况,其最高使用温度一般不超过120C。输浆浓度为2~ 5%,采用特殊设计浓度可达8%左右。

       BA slurry pump Ís a new slurry pump widely used inpaper making, chemical fiber and slurry - making, thispump prefers to Finland technology and conbined withnational advanced technical.The pump uses interna-tional advanced half - open impeller, every paper slur-ry,botton slurry ,wooden slurry , chemical fibre and fibrecan passed well,it is chokeless and can transport widedensity liquids, Seal uses trouble - face, single - face,oil seal, tray root and drive seal, which stops emitting,running,  dropping and leakage, prolong repair peri-od.Installing dimension accords to Scampump stan-dard.Liquid passed parts use several materials to suitfor different corrosive condition.The max. usage tem-perature is no higher than 120C .Surry density is from2% to5%,and itcan reach 8% for special design.
